What does the planning fee cover?
+The planning fee covers my time designing, researching, and building your complete itinerary: two planning calls, full destination selection, hotel curation, logistics coordination, delivery, revisions, and on-trip support. Hotel costs, tour fees, and transfers are paid separately at cost with no markups. Many clients find the exclusive hotel perks (free breakfast, room upgrades, resort credits) alone offset a significant portion of the planning fee.
How long does the planning process take?
+From first call to final itinerary delivery, the process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. I recommend starting at least 3 to 6 months before your trip so your preferred hotels have availability and popular experiences can be secured well in advance.
What are the exclusive hotel perks and how do they work?
+As a FORA-certified advisor, I have access to preferred hotel partnerships offering perks unavailable when booking directly or through third-party sites. These typically include complimentary breakfast, room upgrades (subject to availability), hotel credits ($50 to $100+), early check-in/late checkout, and welcome amenities. I'll tell you exactly which hotels qualify and what perks apply to your specific stay.
Do you only plan trips to Italy?

What if I want changes after the itinerary is delivered?
+One full round of revisions is included after our review call. You can swap hotels, adjust pacing, add experiences, or rework any section. Most clients find everything is resolved in the included round. Additional rounds can be arranged at an hourly rate if needed.
